NEXT LVL EU Limited, as organiser of the NLE Connect & Expo series, announces that the NLE GR 2025 edition will not take place this October as planned. After consultation with stakeholders, we have taken the responsible decision to reschedule the event to 17–18 October 2026, at the Mediterranean Expo Center (MEK).
This adjustment is driven by the following factors:
- Regulatory environment: Recent changes in Greek law on vaping products and alternative nicotine goods have created uncertainty and operational restrictions for exhibitors.
- Importation obstacles: Several exhibitors reported significant difficulties in clearing their products through Greek customs, despite timely preparation and documentation.
- Compliance concerns: A number of product submissions were found non-compliant with national/EU safety and product notification standards, which, under our Terms & Conditions, are strictly prohibited.
- Market participation: Domestic participation from Greek companies has remained below the expected level, making the event less representative of the sector.
By moving the exhibition to 2026, we provide clarity, regulatory alignment, and a fair opportunity for all exhibitors to prepare in line with both Greek and EU legislation. This ensures that the event maintains the high professional and compliance standards that NEXT LVL EU Limited requires across all its editions.
All existing exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for NLE GR 2025 will automatically have their agreements transferred to the new dates in 2026, unless otherwise requested. Dedicated communication will follow with each exhibitor regarding their status, options, and support.
We remain fully committed to the Greek market and are confident that this extra preparation period will result in a stronger, fully compliant, and more impactful NLE GR 2026.
